I've always been so thankful for the team! They have an easy approach to the care and repair of my vehicles and are willing to find additional resources to get me back on the road. Kaitlin and Jason were super flexible with their time explaining possible outcomes as well as the finish work. They seemed eager to help out and also eager to fit all of the pieces together to form an affordable package and attend to what is necessary and safe. Once again I have been amazed at the professional care received. Excessive Brake dust building up on one wheel. Lisa scheduled me an appointment at their Quick Lube, and within a half hour brakes inspected and results delivered.My peace of mind is always delivered at the Auto Doctor.Many thanks

No doubt the biggest and best automotive repair shop not only in Truckee, but the Tahoe Basin. I've done business for over ten years. They always been extremely professional and I've never once questioned there integrity. These guys have worked on both European cars and domestic. There old school they fix the problem the right way the first time. They always gotten Y vehicles fix right the first time, as well as on time as promised. Just a pleasure to do business with.

I had an issue another auto place in Truckee when they inflated my tires too much. They weren't open over the weekend and I was about to drive a long distance and didn't feel comfortable with all the lights on. I found Auto & Tire Doctor on Saturday and they were able to help me out, no charge. So, I decided to give them my business with an oil change, which was done super fast! Thank you!
