This place is amazing. Customer service is clearly a priority for them, which of course matters when you're stressed about your car! I was on a road trip from So Cal when my car started making funny sounds and had trouble accelerating. I called them and let them know I didn't have a lot of time (needed to drive back to LA the next day). He said they were full but that they'd make it work. Within a few hours everything was done. They threw in a few extra services - filled up oil, checked for any other issues - and sent me on my way. They were also really great when it came to paying for everything - very transparent and inexpensive.

I've always been so thankful for the team! They have an easy approach to the care and repair of my vehicles and are willing to find additional resources to get me back on the road. Kaitlin and Jason were super flexible with their time explaining possible outcomes as well as the finish work. They seemed eager to help out and also eager to fit all of the pieces together to form an affordable package and attend to what is necessary and safe. I always love knowing I am safe in my vehicles and trust that they have been given the absolute necessary attention. Thanks again!

Great work for reasonable cost - in and out in 2 hours.

Once again I have been amazed at the professional care received. Excessive Brake dust building up on one wheel. Lisa scheduled me an appointment at their Quick Lube, and within a half hour brakes inspected and results delivered.My peace of mind is always delivered at the Auto Doctor.Many thanks

No doubt the biggest and best automotive repair shop not only in Truckee, but the Tahoe Basin. I've done business for over ten years. They always been extremely professional and I've never once questioned there integrity. These guys have worked on both European cars and domestic. There old school they fix the problem the right way the first time. They always gotten Y vehicles fix right the first time, as well as on time as promised. Just a pleasure to do business with.
