Auto Doctor saved our camping trip. We broke down on the very first day out, on the Sunday of July 4th weekend no less. Little did we know that our car was just one of many that had been towed to the shop during the holiday. Despite their sizable backlog, the "Doctors" worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Incredibly, we lost only 1 1/2 days to what easily could have been a vacation-ending emergency. The folks at Auto Doctor are competent & professional and they care about their customers. We are so thankful that we broke down near Truckee rather than in the Nevada desert!

Great service and attention

This place is amazing. Customer service is clearly a priority for them, which of course matters when you're stressed about your car! I was on a road trip from So Cal when my car started making funny sounds and had trouble accelerating. I called them and let them know I didn't have a lot of time (needed to drive back to LA the next day). He said they were full but that they'd make it work. Within a few hours everything was done. They threw in a few extra services - filled up oil, checked for any other issues - and sent me on my way. They were also really great when it came to paying for everything - very transparent and inexpensive.

I've always been so thankful for the team! They have an easy approach to the care and repair of my vehicles and are willing to find additional resources to get me back on the road. Kaitlin and Jason were super flexible with their time explaining possible outcomes as well as the finish work. They seemed eager to help out and also eager to fit all of the pieces together to form an affordable package and attend to what is necessary and safe. I always love knowing I am safe in my vehicles and trust that they have been given the absolute necessary attention. Thanks again!
