Auto Doctor is always honest with their estimates, time frames, etc. The company is very through and I walk out with the security of knowing my car is in good hands. Even though it is a busy shop, they always take the time to explain what work needs to be done and what work will need to be done in the future. So there are no surprises. Fast curtous quality work

Took my Impreza wrx in after it had been sitting exposed to Truckees cold climate for about 5 months before I flew in this week and let the auto doctor guys know I needed it ready for a road trip. 2 days later without breaking the bank I had my vehicle back and capable of my desired road trip. Thanks for being a shop that renews faith in good mechanic work.

Wish all shops had the customer service standards that the auto and tire doctor practice. Kaitlin was professional, kind and empathetic to our situation ( we broke down in the snow storm with our young famIly on the side of I-80) and Jason sets the standard for auto professionals. Both went out of their way to make our experience as enjoyable as possible and have both continued to help with our process of dealing with an outside dealership to push for warranty coverage. To say they have gone above and beyond sells their efforts short. Seriously, thank you both so much for everything you have done and continue to do to help our family. Cheers!

I brought my Ford Explorer into this well run shop due to a leak in my used transmission that had just been replaced less than a week earlier. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and had my vehicle back to me the next afternoon. They discovered shoddy work that had been done and remedied the problem expertly. Both my Wife and I are very appreciative of the professionalism displayed, as well as the expertise of the Mechanics for making a perfect diagnosis and then subsequent repairs. Thank you so much!!!
