Great service!

I live in Berkeley, Ca. and we have a home in Squaw as well. I have used The Auto Doctor twice now and have been absolutely impressed. Once on Christmas Eve on our way back to the Bay, my 4Runner's transfer case broke as a family member using my vehicle misused it. Kids in tow and a car packed full of gifts, we had t rent a car out of Reno just to get home to our tree! I had my 4Runner towed to The Auto Doctor. They fixed her right up! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from afar! The second time, during the Covid-19 pandemic. I needed new tires. I forget the lovely woman who runs the front desks name, but she is a badass! She handled my needs last minute before they closed on a Friday and had new boots put on my girl by Monday. But thats not the best part, it was her dedication to cleanliness! She assured me that they were taking steps during this time to fight the germs. So much so, that before she gave me back my car, she went out in the cold and personally wiped her down a SECOND time! Thats service! THANK YOU AUTO DOCTOR!

As always my car problem was diagnosed promptly and repaired in a timely manner. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful.

I called in the morning just to see if they had an opening. Nothing was available, but Tyler put me on a cancelation list. He called my back in a few hours later as an opening became available and they took good care of me. As always great customer service and very through with my vehicle as well.

The individual that took my information and description of the mechanical problem was very helpful and explained what the technician would be doing to diagnosis the problem. He advised they would have a preliminary analysis of the problem in a few hours and he called me within a few hours to explain what needed to be done. A most helpful experience with The Auto Doctor. I would definitely use The Auto Doctor again.
