Quick and easy to make an appointment to get new winter tires purchased and installed. Was greeted promptly on arrival and was able to drop the keys and leave quickly. They called me when they were done and pick up was very easy. Thank you!

Almost got ripped off for $4,000. My emissions system light came on while I was on a road trip to Tahoe City and nobody in the area could fix it within a week so I brought it to this place because they said they could diagnose it same day. That didn't happen so I got a hotel room to extend my stay. I explained to them that I needed to get back to LA and the only reason I brought it there was because they said they could get to it sooner than other places. The diagnostics came back the following day indicating that all 3 catalytic converters needed to be replaced - for $4200. I called around to the dealership and a few other places and they all said the same thing - all 3 catalytic converters never go all at the same time on this model vehicle. They all said I should take it elsewhere for diagnostics. I talked to Tyler and relayed that information to see if they had any other ideas but they were adamant that was the problem. Thankfully they did not get to it in a timely manner. I stayed in a hotel room 3 nights waiting for them to do the repair before getting so frustrated with this shop that I flew home and donated the car to charity. After being home a couple of days without a vehicle and feeling like the car had a lot of life left in it, I cancelled the donation and had it shipped to a repair shop in LA. They fixed it same day - $320 to replace the oxygen sensor. I had it smogged the next day - the catalytic converters are absolutely fine. The only reason this review has 2 stars instead of 1 is because Tyler was very communicative and nice.

Multiple things taken care of in this servicing of two vehicles. Snow tires put on, oil changed and transmission problem addressed. As usual, the work was done quickly and well. We continue to be impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff at The Auto Doctor. Thank you all.

The Auto Doctor is the most professional business I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been a long time very satisfied customer for almost a decade. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. They will go to any lengths necessary to repair your car up and above what is expected. Their prices are better than anyone around. They stand by their repairs and the parts they install in your car. The staff is exceptionally courteous. The entire facility is amazingly clean. I can go on and on and on about the Auto Doctor, they are awesome. I would not think of getting my car repaired at any place other than the Auto Doctor. I had some work done today and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I consider the Auto Doctor part of my family...

These guys really helped me out with my tires. Sidewall was damaged and they didn't have one in stock but wouldn't take any kind of payment for taking it off and making the assessment. I'll definitely come back.
