We had an oil leak checked with a report on the source the expectation for service. Our '95, affectionately named the Exon Valdese, was well cared for and had her summer treads put on in place of the winter ones. Auto Doctor staff and technicians did their usual friendly, smiling. professional job for us.

This is a very honest and reliable auto repair shop. It is also a very well organized business. I would guess that the core identity of this business is attention to detail, neat and organized, knowledgeable about the service provided. The service advisors know cars and are excellent educators. A great deal of energy has been spent on details. As an example all the service advisors are able to easily check their computer to understand the reason why your car is in the shop. This eliminates the need to ask for a certain person knowing that anyone can help you and will know what they are talking about.

HONESTLY?? Add more stars!! I have never in my 73 years found a service that caters to the slightest need of any customer as though they were the only person on earth. I personally have added the extra towing mileage fee to my AAA account so I know I can have my vehicle towed to The Auto Doctors from where ever I am. I have never heard or seen any form of anything less than pride from their employees, and if you want to see the manager Allen, look quick because he never stops running from the front desk to the shop. Thank Thank ALL of you @ The Auto Doctors, you keep this G-Pa on the road
