Had trouble getting my car to pass smog and the folks here helped a lot. Always timely on responses and clear with what was needed. It took quite a bit of work to get my car to pass and they were fair with pricing throughout, even giving me a few parts at cost and some complimentary labor. I’ll definitely be back. These folks were super personable and friendly. I spoke with Tyler over the phone where he explained everything professionally and answered all of my questions. Hopefully I won't have car troubles soon, but if I do and if I'm in the area, I'd definitely come back!

We had an oil leak checked with a report on the source the expectation for service. Our '95, affectionately named the Exon Valdese, was well cared for and had her summer treads put on in place of the winter ones. Auto Doctor staff and technicians did their usual friendly, smiling. professional job for us.

This is a very honest and reliable auto repair shop. It is also a very well organized business. I would guess that the core identity of this business is attention to detail, neat and organized, knowledgeable about the service provided. The service advisors know cars and are excellent educators. A great deal of energy has been spent on details. As an example all the service advisors are able to easily check their computer to understand the reason why your car is in the shop. This eliminates the need to ask for a certain person knowing that anyone can help you and will know what they are talking about.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
