Had service done on my newly purchased RAV4, Paid $300 to have the transmission oil changed. However, after withdrawing a sample I determined it was never changed as the color was black not red. Very disappointing to say the least.

I am so pleased to work with a company that answers the phone, takes care of our Fleet trucks so the drivers do not have to drive 1/2 an hour for maintenance kind of work. If something does break Auto Doctor can fix it, it does not have to go to the Dealer.
