I had an issue with my toyota tacoma...an oil leak no one could fix or find where it was coming from! Passing through Truckee I googled The Auto Doctor and saw the great reviews thought I would give them a try....they found and fixed it! So thankful I found you Auto Doctor! Impeccable service in a timely manner! Thank you Auto Doctor!

WOW! What can I say? Are there six stars? Seven? The Story: - A MONSTER 8" nail horizontally pierced the tread of my 4Runner SUV off-road tire while visiting the Truckee area near Donner Ski Ranch. - I removed the tire/wheel (replacing it with the spare) and brought it to TA&TD. - They removed the nail, FULLY inspected the tire for SAFETY (*amazingly it was okay), remounted the wheel and secured the undercarriage spare...NO CHARGE. !!! These people are HONEST and SUPER customer-service oriented. You need tire service in the Truckee area? I'm telling you...THIS is the place to go. :-) *They kept the nail and put it in their Hall of Fame pile of weird-tire-puncture-objects on the front desk.

They don't have a clue to what they are doing! Go anywhere else but here for any service. Even if that means going to Reno.

Unhelpful, high prices, backlogged, bad hours. But at least they are open on Saturday, unlike everything else in Truckee.

These people were so kind and helpful on a busy Friday afternoon before the 4th of July. They listened and checked out my engine light problem and let me know what to do. Amazing!

Visiting Truckee and we needed auto repair quickly. The Auto Doctor was extremely accommodating and helpful. They stayed in excellent communication and serviced our vehicle very thoroughly and efficiently. When it was time to pick up the car, on time as promised, Josh made sure we understood what was fixed and even emailed photos of the damage to me. Highly recommend. A pleasure to work with!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK. PASSING THROUGH TRUCKEE ON I80 DURING A STORM OUR TRUCK LOST POWER. TOWED IN TO THE SHOP AFTER HOURS. THEY REPAIRED OUR TRUCK IN A TIMELY MANNER THE NEXT DAY AND GOT OUR FAMILY BACK ON THE ROAD. THEY EVEN HAD A LOANER CAR FOR US FOR THE AFTERNOON. THE FRONT SERVICE GUYS WERE SO AMAZINGLY PATIENT WITH US AND OUR FRUSTRATIONS. THEY WERE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US IN DETAIL AND GAVE US OPTIONS FOR THE REPAIR. YA AUTO DOCTOR!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!!!!
