Unhelpful. Prices high. Busy. Needs better management.

They did the job well. They were polite and accommodating. They are a good part of the community. My 2-star reflects that I told them the diagnosis and what needed to be done but then they charged me for a diagnosis that came to the same conclusion that I had already notified them of.

Made an appointment for 9 am for a warranty repair that was allotted 1 hour for our motor home. We were told it would be ready after lunch, that equates to three hours plus. We did not feel comfortable with the service advisor nor the …More

Frustrating when you are told you will be first and your car is parked in front of the alignment rack. Then they move your car out of the way to put another car on the rack. Added 1.5 extra hours of waiting.. When I asked about it, all they said was: sorry, not sure why... poor customer service, but they are a friendly staff.
