From start to finish I felt I was taken care. The front desk lady who ck’d me in was exceptionally friendly. Also, I was impressed by a pre-work call I received from the Service Manager to go over options for my brake job. After he understood my situation he was never pushy or forceful. They were able to fit me in same day and unlike the MB dealer, I didn’t receive a “surprise bill”. I will definitely be using them in the future.

amazing people...so on it...best customer service and repair. they are fast and super good at all that they do...so many smiles...truly felt like family from the first time I walked in the door. I had gotten a super high quote for an issue with my X5 from other business downtown and had heard great things about them so I went in and share the other quote, not only was their price dramatically lower, they waved the diagnios fee and were able to get it done way quicker. I love them!!
