In the middle of a rental our Kubota tractor got a flat tire that came off the rim. It was a Saturday and the customer needed it fixed quickly so they could finish their job. The Auto Doctor was able to get us in and fixed up in a short amount of time and we were able to get our customer back up and running the same day. Thank you very much!

On our drive back to Reno we discovered a rather large bolt in one of our tires. The cell service from Graegle to Truckee was spotty at best and we searched for the nearest place that could do a tire repair. We found the Auto and Tire Doctor. We arrived about 12:30pm on a Saturday and they close at 2pm. Lucky for us they thought they could fix it. If not they would put our spare on as they did not recommend driving on the freeway with the bolt head sticking out. We waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes while they worked and were told they were able to repair it. The lady told us the patch would last longer than the tires since they are getting close to replacement. Overall it was a great experience and the shop seems to have a lot of local business, they have also been in business for over 30 years which tells you something!

I had a 12:30 appt. They took my car at 12:30 The oil change took just over 1/2 hour. They did not try to sell me any un needed service Service reps were very friendly. Waiting area was comfortable.

Been going to the Auto Doctor for a few years. They are honest, their prices are fair and they know what they are doing. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable. They were able to give me a same day appointment for an oil change and the staff were polite and helpful.
