Great service and very friendly. Had a nail in my tire and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They also direct billed the rental car agency because they have a service relationship w Hertz and Enterprise. I was $0 out of pocket.

I had the nightmare situation a few weeks ago and would have been in a really tough spot if not for the fine folks at The Auto and Tire Doctor. My engine started making some terrible nosies and lost power coming up 80 to Truckee and I realized I had blown my engine (I had a known issue I had been avoiding). We were on vacation and the truck was full of kids, luggage, and bikes. The team at The Auto and Tire Doctor were able to present a host of options, but the one that made the most sense was to go for the big job and replace the whole engine. Dave did an excellent job of coordinating the job, and even made it easy when I sent him the new engine I wanted that was different from their usual vendor. The work was done in a timely manner and everything has been been running great since I got the truck back. I am not a huge fan of letting others do work for me, but I was far away from home and really needed some help. The Auto and Tire Doctor was there for me and treated me with honesty and respect. They have earned my highest recommendation.

Dave and crew were awesome! We only had 25 minutes available to get a smog cert. done and they squeezed us in, got it done, and for less money than the other smog company in town. We will be back for any auto needs!
