There are a number of auto repair shops in the Truckee area and I have tried almost all of them at least once and some several times but coming back to the Auto and Tire Doctor made me wonder why I ever visited any other shops! The customer service is top notch. Kaitlen, Philly and Jason have always made time for my calls and answered my questions no matter how busy they appear to be. The rates are extremely competitive and the shop has gone the extra mile to provide me with of any price options for parts and or labor. If you are seeking a high quality honest and good value shop in the Truckee/Tahoe area, the Auto and Tire Doctor is the place to go.

The Auto & Tire Doctor is great. They helped me out in a very difficult situation. I was traveling through Tahoe, had some rather serious mechanical issues with my Porsche Cayenne and they made room in their schedule for me during a storm and were very pleasant throughout the entire ordeal. Thanks again and I worked with Kaitlin who kept me informed of everything just as one would expect.

I worked with the Auto & Tire Doctor on an issue that I had while traveling through the Tahoe area. They were wonderful, my service advisor Kaitlyn was very informative and kept me up to date with everything. Their prices are very competitive and the service was par none. Great shop. Very cool collection of cars and license plates all over the place. very welcoming staff and awesome mechanics!! Justin, Josh and Sal went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle.
