There are a number of auto repair shops in the Truckee area and I have tried almost all of them at least once and some several times but coming back to the Auto and Tire Doctor made me wonder why I ever visited any other shops! The customer service is top notch. Kaitlen, Philly and Jason have always made time for my calls and answered my questions no matter how busy they appear to be. The rates are extremely competitive and the shop has gone the extra mile to provide me with of any price options for parts and or labor. The Auto & Tire Doctor is great. They helped me out in a very difficult situation. I was traveling through Tahoe, had some rather serious mechanical issues with my Porsche Cayenne and they made room in their schedule for me during a storm and were very pleasant throughout the entire ordeal.
