Excellent service, everyone was friendly. The place was clean and dog friendly! They were quick with my oil change and let me know of another issue at hand that didn't need to be taken care of right away. Overall very satisfied with my service, will definitely go back!

Awesome customer service

First time visit- I booked an appointment via phone- super easy. When I got there they jumped right on my oil change service. Just like that, they were done and also did a safety check on the rest of the vehicle. While waiting, they had wifi, hot coffee and a comfy couch to boot! Thanks for the great work getting me back on the the road quickly!

The auto doctor, I've given this shop nearly $1,000 in repairs in the last two weeks. They diagnosed my vehicle, told me what was wrong and which parts I needed to get it back to 100%. Proceeded to order the parts and install them. Picked up my vehicle shook their hand and off I went. 15 minutes into my drive back to Kings Beach; my check engine light came back on. Shortly after that my vehicle lost power. I brought the vehicle back into the shop thinking that they missed something. One of the mechanics plugged my vehicle into their computer and found a new code that was at fault. This was a new problem that didn't exist until after they "repaired" it. I left my vehicle with them to fix the problem they created as well as get my oil changed and tires rotated. They charged me to diagnose it again even though it was their fault for the faulty code. Showed up this morning to pay for it once again, walked out to my car to find that my tires weren't rotated even after being charged for it. Now I'm sitting here late to work and wondering if my oil was actually changed. I am not a tourist or a second home owner. I don't have time to deal with this lackadaisical shop nor do I have money to keep throwing at them. Seems like they stay in business from the Bay Area folk who don't "blink and Eye" and just swipe their cards at whatever charge is given. Locals are supposed to help out locals. We aren't all on vacation up here. Never again auto doctor, peace out.
